Job Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base.
- Objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Involve in directing and sourcing for elements in new business development.
Job Requirements:
- At least 2 years of Sales/Business Development experience
- Diploma/Degree in relevant field of study
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Required to travel overseas
- Possesses strong negotiation and communication skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
