Responsibilities:
- Preform day to day operations and supply of utilities (eg Electricity, Water, Air Conditioning) to support company operations
- Take charge of operations and maintenance of facilities related equipment and system such as
- Chilled Water System, ACMV, Electrical, Building Maintenance System (BMS), CCTV, Barrier and
- Access Control System (ACS)
- Carry out electrical (415V and 6.6kV circuit breaker/switchgear) and mechanical (valves) isolations for maintenance work to be carried out
- Coordinate with various vendors and company Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW) to perform plant power shutdown maintenance
- Work with production users on facilities related repairs, enhancement works and renovation projects.
- Work with management on facilities equipment upgrading and replacement works.
- Attend to faults and complaints from users and perform initial investigations and troubleshooting
Requirements:
- Min Degree Electrical Engineering.
- Relevant working experiences in manufacturing/semicon company
- Good technical skills in Electrical Facilities
- Able to work in a team.
