Our client
M&E upgrading work company for Education Institution.
JOB scope:
· To Determines technical specification after understanding, customer requirements.
· To perform ACMV (heat ventilation aircon) engineering design
· To prepare construction drawings, specifications, shop drawings, method statements & local codes and regulations
· To preparing cost estimates
· To perform project coordination and supervision of site M&E service include installation, testing & commissioning
· Work with client and main contractor n sub-contractor to ensure work progresses
· To Liaise with material supplier to ensure on-time delivery of materials
· To evaluate the progress claims submitted by the sub-contractors on the work done in terms of quantities and quality
Job requirements
· Diploma Mechanical engineering or equivalent.
· 3 years’ experience as Acmv(air conditioning n mechanical ventilation),Hvac(Heating , ventilation air conditioning) /M&E project engineer
· 5.5 work days
