Responsibilities:
- Generate sales among client accounts, including upsetting and cross-selling.
- Develops and maintains long-term relationships with accounts.
- Prepares cost estimates by studying all related customer documents, consulting with engineers, architects, and other professional personnel.
- Monitor contracts and move contract with close-out, extension or renewal
- Prepare and submit the tender documents.
- Responsible for order values, market share improvement, booked margin and down payment collection for cash flow.
- Liaising with external & internal customers and providing support to clients’ requests.
Requirements
- Min Diploma in Engineering
- At least 1-2 years relevant working experience in LIFT/ELEVATOR Industry.
- Good inter-personal and communication skills
- Able to blend to the team.
