Sales and Operation Manager

Sgd Interior Concept Pte. Ltd.

This position overseeing both sales and operational aspects within our interior design services company. This multifaceted position requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a keen understanding of the interior design industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, optimizing operational efficiency, and ensuring the successful execution of interior design projects.


Specific Responsibilities

Individual to be involved in:

1. Trainee will become familiar with the organizational structure, key personnel, and various departmental functions. Additionally, an overview of the interior design industry, including market trends and competitor analysis, will be provided to facilitate a comprehensive understanding of the business landscape


2.Trainee will focus on grasping the entirety of the sales process, starting from lead generation through to deal closure and delve into understanding the company's offerings, highlighting their distinct selling propositions and competitive advantages. Furthermore, role-playing activities will be incorporated to hone effective communication and negotiation abilities.


3.Trainee will grasp the foundational principles of project management, encompassing aspects such as scope, schedule, budget, and quality management. Participants will hone their abilities in project planning, which involves defining objectives, crafting work breakdown structures, and setting timelines. Additionally, emphasis will be placed on recognizing the significance of resource allocation, risk management, and effective stakeholder communication throughout project execution.


4.Trainee will craft tactics aimed at fostering and nurturing robust client relationships inclusive of analyzing customer behavior and preferences specific to the interior design sector. Emphasis will also be placed on recognizing the significance of quality assurance in interior design endeavors. Developing skills in identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks to minimize potential disruptions or delays.


5.Trainee will cover the skills required to predict sales trends and establish attainable sales objectives such as generating sales reports to monitor targets and pinpoint opportunities for enhancement. Additionally, glean insights into sales performance and customer tendencies to develop long-term strategic plans for sales and operations aligned with the company's goals.
