This specialist role entails processing/issuing of Certificates of Origin, Carnets and endorsing other shipping documents for the Singapore business community. It is both a frontline and a processing job.
Responsibilities
· Collection of certification fees and point of sale entry of fees collected
· Explaining Certificate of Origin application and Carnet procedures to customers
· Processing Certificate of Origin applications, Carnet and endorsing other shipping documents
· Managing queried/rejected applications and phone/counter enquiries from customers

Requirements

· Experience in trade finance operations/shipping/freight forwarding is an advantage but not essential.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
