As a Sales Executive/Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth for STACKET. You will be responsible for building and managing a strong pipeline of business, identifying new sales opportunities, and nurturing relationships with potential clients. You will work closely with the leadership team to develop and execute sales strategies, create compelling sales pitches, and effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services. This role involves a balance of strategic thinking, strong sales acumen, and exceptional relationship-building skills.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to closing deals
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales collateral and campaigns
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Provide regular sales performance reports and insights to the leadership team
Requirements:
- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in food industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Experience in a startup environment is a plus
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
