Job Description
To provide primary administrative & customer service support for the National Equestrian Centre
To manage all queries and communications related to Riding Programmes, activities and events (Emails, Phone, Walk-in & Social Media)
To manage the daily scheduling for Riding Lessons, Programmes & activities
To keep our website and social media pages up-to-date
To maintain proper update to our Riders & Owners database for active communication and engagement
To assist in the execution of marketing programmes and campaigns
To support the management team International collaborations, local and international competitions, fundraising and other daily operational matters.
Job Duties
Handling communications as required by the Riding Office with our riders and riding community.
Organising and managing local and overseas competitions events and activities including all logistics liaison with all related counterparts.
Manage and report on daily operational matters to the management team, including the Executive Director.
Submit monthly report in relation to operational matters.
Manage and update schedule, filing and records management.
Organising and handling of horse care matters alongside the Riding office Team.
Organising and handling of daily stable matters relating to grooms, vet care ensuring horses and facilities are kept in good condition.
Manage and support the stable operations, including overseeing the daily operations, including management of the grooms and related administrative duties.
All other duties assigned by the Executive Director/Supervisor.
Requirement:
5-day work week
Minimum Diploma holder with at least 2-years related working experience
Good written and oral communication skills in English. Second language will be a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Familiar with Social Media (Facebook, Website & Instagram) & design software will be an added advantage.
Must have good interpersonal & organisational skills and able to work independently with minimum supervision at times
Supportive & resourceful team player with a strong customer service oriented mindset
Must be comfortable working in an environment with animals and people of all ages
