Overview:
An Operations Assistant (Programs and Events Administration) is tasked in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of various programs and events within the organization. Your responsibilities span across administrative tasks, technical support, operational assistance, market research, and ad hoc projects. You serve as a key liaison between different teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration to achieve successful outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Administrative support for programmes planning and events management;
- Technical support for Learning Management System related activities;
- Assist in the running of operations for winter/summer programmes and events;
- Assist in market research for various markets e.g. Market sensing, competitive analysis, etc;
- Assist in other ad hoc projects, assigned by supervisor/HOD.
Requirements:
- IT savvy and proficient in MS Office application
- Preferably 1-2 years of related working experience
- Good verbal & written communication and interpersonal skills with a positive work attitude
- Excellent coordination and organization skills, with a customer-centric mindset
- Self-motivated individual with pro-active mindset while handling the task assigned
- Strong team player who is meticulous, resourceful, resilient and thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented and ambiguous work environment.
