Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Digital Marketer who is proficient in leveraging popular social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google, and ideally TikTok. As a Digital Marketer, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, increase customer engagement, and generate leads. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of various digital marketing channels and have a proven track record of implementing successful campaigns across social media platforms.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies for Facebook, Instagram, Google and TikTok to increase brand visibility and drive website traffic.
- Design comprehensive marketing campaign with timelines and deliverables for each company initiative/project.
- Create engaging and compelling content tailored to each platform's audience, ensuring consistency with the brand's tone and style.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads, including budget allocation, targeting, and bidding strategies.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify target audiences, industry trends, and competitors' strategies, leveraging the data to refine marketing campaigns and maximize results.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, particularly in the social media landscape, and identify new opportunities for growth and engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and developers, to ensure cohesive digital marketing initiatives aligned with overall brand objectives.
- Manage social media accounts, including content scheduling, social media calendar, community management, and responding to customer inquiries and feedback.
- Track and report on campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders to showcase progress and identify areas for optimization.
- Identify and implement strategies for organic growth, such as influencer partnerships, user-generated content campaigns, and community engagement initiatives.
Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketer with a strong focus on Facebook, Instagram, Google, and ideally TikTok.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, their advertising features, and best practices for each channel.
- Proficiency in using Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads platforms to set up, manage, and optimize campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content and interact with online communities.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas to effectively reach target audiences.
- Familiarity with social media management tools, analytics platforms, and project management software.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- A proactive and results-driven attitude, with a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Other Information
• Working Location: Toa Payoh (HDB Hub near Toa Payoh MRT Station)
• Five (5) day work week, Monday to Friday: 9.00am to 6.00pm (With 1 Hour Break)
