Temporary Programme Operations Assistant

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Administrative support for programmes planning and events management;

• Technical support for Learning Management System related activities;

• Assist in the running of operations for winter/summer programmes and events;

• Assist in market research for various markets e.g. Market sensing, competitive analysis, etc;

• Assist in other ad hoc projects, assigned by supervisor/HOD.


Requirements:

• Polytechnic Diploma or equivalent preferred

• IT savvy and proficient in MS Office applications

• Preferably 1-2 years of related working experience

• Good verbal & written communication and interpersonal skills with a positive work attitude

• Ability to speak fluent 2nd language would be an added advantage

• Excellent coordination and organization skills, with a customer-centric mindset

• Self-motivated individual with pro-active mindset while handling the task assigned

• Strong team player who is meticulous, resourceful, resilient and thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented and ambiguous work environment


Location: Kent Ridge

Contract Duration: 6-months

Salary: $2200/month

Working Arrangement: Mon – Fri
