Job Description:
- Support product team in servicing existing clients;
- Attend to telephone calls, follow up on renewals;
- Prepare renewal quotation to channel partners;
- Monthly report on pipeline and closure;
- Work towards sales and revenue target set by Renewal Manager;
- Work on trade-up and up-sell opportunities; and
- Any other sales-related duties assigned.
Job Requirements:
- N-Level or equivalent
- Able to work as a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated and driven
- Proficient in MS Excel
