Overall Functions / support:
- Corporate admin services & support includes budgeting & monitoring of expenses for all BUs
Fixed Assets (FA) inventorising & reconciliation
BCP & EHS
Travel management reports
Staff onboarding (new/transfers/attachments, etc) & staff exits
Involved in team projects such as coordinating with various departments for office A&A works, renovation for new offices, logistics coordination etc
Assist in renewal of IAR / PL /PI insurance for corporate offices / IT facilities
Assist in room / visitor bookings and system generated reports for trending monitoring etc
Liaising with staff and vendors for printing of letterheads / nametags / office collaterals etc
Raising PRs / POs and invoice processing
Assists in store administration
Backup covers for reception duties and crown-related coordination
- Facilities management coordination
- Mailroom & dispatch services support
- Office security & access card support
- Pantry services & supplies coordination
Requirements
- Minimum GCE 'O' level, NTC or relevant disciplines
- At least 2 years of experience, preferably in mailroom functions
- Self-motivated with strong follow-up skills.
- Meticulous and well-organized.
- Good communication skills
- A good team player and willingness to learn.
