Job Responsibilities
- General office administration
- Provide administrative support for Accounts department; checking of invoices
- Provide administrative support for Operations department; licensing and renewal and other related duties
- Corporate administration; handle documents and ensure accurate maintenance of all current files for all Contracts / Agreements etc
- Support operations in administrative work
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks as assigned
- Any other ah-doc duties as assigned
Requirement
- Minimum 1 year administrative experience required
- Familiar with MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word)
- Meticulous and good problem solving skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication (oral and writing) and interpersonal skills
- Able to start immediately
