Position : Executive (Statistics & Data Systems) – 2 pax
Contract period : 15 Jun 2024 to 14 Mar 2024
Location : Alexandra Road
Salary : capped at $2,500 per month depending on relevant working experience.
Mondays – Thursdays : 8.30am – 6.00pm
Fridays : 8.30am – 5.30pm
Saturdays : Day Off
Lunch : 1 hour
Job scope :
1. Data clarification of survey returns from Maritime Census (e.g. reading and summarising companies’ text inputs, validating companies’ declared subsectors against survey returns and other housekeeping matters)
2. Preparation for annual surveys to be conducted in 2024 (e.g. design survey excel template for automatic extraction of responses from excel returns)
3. Conduct of Annual Survey in 2024 (e.g. handling respondent queries, issuing reminders for response, validating survey returns)
Requirement :

• Knowledge of MS Office preferred
• Good analytical and numerical skills
