Job Description:

As a Sales and Operations Executive at Wake The Crew, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and operational efficiency to support our company's success. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with businesses and key accounts to expand our customer base.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalized service and support.
  • Conduct sales presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups to secure new business and maintain customer loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop innovative sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute events, pop-ups, and tastings to increase brand visibility and attract potential customers.
  • Assist with day-to-day operations, including order processing, inventory management, and logistics coordination.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers, maintaining high standards of quality and service.
  • Streamline processes and workflows to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., production, marketing) to ensure seamless coordination and execution of operational activities.
  • High commissions and bonus for sales

Qualifications:

  • Min ITE / Diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development, preferably in the coffee industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and build good rapport with other people
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Positive attitude, energetic & self-motivated
  • Passion for coffee and a willingness to learn and grow in the industry.
