Job Description:
As a Sales and Operations Executive at Wake The Crew, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and operational efficiency to support our company's success. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with businesses and key accounts to expand our customer base.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalized service and support.
- Conduct sales presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups to secure new business and maintain customer loyalty.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop innovative sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute events, pop-ups, and tastings to increase brand visibility and attract potential customers.
- Assist with day-to-day operations, including order processing, inventory management, and logistics coordination.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers, maintaining high standards of quality and service.
- Streamline processes and workflows to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., production, marketing) to ensure seamless coordination and execution of operational activities.
- High commissions and bonus for sales
Qualifications:
- Min ITE / Diploma or equivalent qualification
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development, preferably in the coffee industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and build good rapport with other people
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Positive attitude, energetic & self-motivated
- Passion for coffee and a willingness to learn and grow in the industry.
