Job Description
- To lead the organization performance improvement plan and operational efficiency initiatives
- Monitor import and export shipments to ensure smooth operation
- Prepare monthly report for management
- Lead and manage ISO, bizesafe and audit submission
- Follow-up on key customers, handle enquiries, complaints and dispute from customers
- Working closely with customers to develop feasible shipping and logistics solutions
- Perform other duties as assigned by superior
Job Requirements
- Min. diploma/ degree holder in supply chain, business admin or logistics
- 2 to 3 years working experience in supply chain, shipping or 3PL providers management
- Experience in lead or manage a team staff
- Able to work in fast-paced environment
- Good planning and resources management
- Good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
- PC literate and proficient in MS office Excel and Outlook
