Job Description:
- Manage and support IT Infrastructure including Windows Servers, Wireless APs & switches / MFP Printers / Desktops & Laptops
- Basic knowledge in configuration and managing Firewall, VPN, Wi-Fi Access Points etc
- Create and maintain technical documentation related to Windows Servers / IT appliances
- Perform periodic preventive and corrective maintenance, updates to software / hardware
- Maintain inventory of IT assets using IT tools
- Monitor backup & restoration of databases
- Knowledge in Active Directory, DNS, GPO, Office 365, SQL Server, Veeam etc
- Provide installation, configuration, maintenance and support to users including branch office users
- Working knowledge on virtualisation technologies mainly Hyper V, VMware.
- Knowledge in Hyper Converge and Nutanix would be bonus
- Provide remote IT support during major campaigns / peak periods
- Any other duties as assigned
Requirement:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, systems engineering or a related field required
- Experience working with VoIP systems preferred
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge in Dell SAN Storage is desirable
- Ability to work as part of a team and establish working relationships with co-workers, staff and external contacts, and work effectively and professionally in a team environment
- Available to work period weekends and off-hours for on-site support requirements
- Available for rotational on call support
