Job Description
- Work closely with BU / Project Directors, establishing successful business relationships and ensuring accurate and consistent billing and financial reporting at the project and division levels
- Monitor project work in progress / unbilled revenue and assist BU / Project Directors with project financial management efforts
- Provide training to BU / Project Directors regarding financial maintenance of projects
- Review project budgets and milestones forecast, billing and cost for accuracy and appropriateness
- Handle branch office account
- Prepare monthly reports as assigned
- Perform other ad-hoc assignments as assigned
Requirements:
- Possess an accounting degree with a minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience
- Proficient in SAP and Excel, prior experience with VBA preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage different personality types
- Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of monthly reporting and ad-hoc assignment.
- Pro-active and able to work effectively alone and in a team environment
- Demonstrate a high level of accuracy and stable work performance with good organization skill.
