As an integral part of the Store Development Team, the successful candidate will report directly to the Head of Store Development.
The essential responsibilities of the incumbent include:
- Handle negotiation for leases renewals or terminations
- Process and follow up on all lease documents to ensure its completion; update leasing reports and schedules
- Liaise with the Landlord / Clients representatives on all leasing matters including reports, seeking approvals and feedback
- Conduct site visits and inspections from time to time
- Preparing summary and updates for the management meeting
- Any other roles/duties as assigned
Formal Education & Certification
- Degree / Diploma in Real Estate, Marketing, Leasing, Property Management, Business or equivalent
Knowledge & Experience
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
- Possesses excellent customer service, negotiation, interpersonal, and written skills
- Possesses positive work attitude, drive, and resilience to meet job challenges
- Ability to multi-task effectively and work independently
- Well-versed in Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel, Word PowerPoint etc.)
- Help and support in the general day-to-day running of the office
- Meticulous, well-organized, and able to prioritize workload
