Project Executive/ Assistant Project Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

· In charge of all necessary submission to relevant authorities such as Building Management and Statutory Depts

· Liaise with client's representatives with regards to all site matters and attend site meetings

· Coordinate with suppliers / sub-contractors for the delivery of products and installation works as well as for defects list and maintenance report. Monitor daily site activities including co-ordination with contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers etc, as well as conduct site survey and measurement works

· Ensure that sub-contractors carry out their works in safe manner and according to the schedule and design

· To monitor daily progress at project site including inspection of quality of material and executing corrective action where necessary

· To prepare and maintain related site reports and progress photos,

· Good understanding of reading the blueprints and review of construction drawings

· Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress, ensure projects meet stipulated quality requirements by closely monitoring and supervising works of sub-contractors

· Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget, manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs

· Be aware of materials usage at site and wastage control

· Prepare weekly site reports on the project

· Maintain comprehensive project documentation

· Prepare and submit Request for Information (RFI) to consultants for clarification

· Develop Site Safety Plan for the project to ensure safe work environment for all employees, contractors, visitors and community

· Assist in the coaching, mentoring and implementation of the HS&E programs in the field. Regularly review and be familiar with all applicable legislation and applicable standards, to ensure compliance.

· Regularly conduct safety audit to the project, to ensure the safety compliances, alignment with project scope and conditions


Qualifications & Requirements

· Work experience of at least 5 years specializing in construction works of Interior Design or Interior Architecture environment (Interior Fit-out Industry). Commercial office ID Fit-Out space is an added advantage, but non-mandatory

· Knowledge in M&E is a must

· Preferably possess Diploma / Higher NITEC qualifications

· Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, particularly MS Project, MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint

· Local Singaporean Citizen/ Any other nationalities with valid PR holder

· Self-starter, driven and able to work in fast-changing or ambiguous environments
