JOB DESCRIPTION
- Perform registration duties for all hotel guests.
- Assigns appropriate guests rooms based on their preferences.
- Handles guests requests through incoming calls and performs follows up on guests requests.
- Perform group arrival & departure arrangments.
- Monitor activities in the hotel common areas and reports any suspicious characters, items to the Duty Manager.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Able to work independently and as a team.
- Able to speak good English.
- Able to commence employment a.s.a.p.
- Able to work shift job.
