Responsibilities:
- To assist Managing Director and Directors to oversee projects
- To assist Project Architects in assigned projects
- To be able to liaise with internal and external parties for the good of the project
- To be able to perform any other job scope required for the good of the project
Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture or equivalent preferable recognised by Board Architects Singapore for Architecture assistant or executive positions
- Polytechnic Diploma in the related field or equivalent or NTC2/NITEC are welcome to apply
- Knowledge of local regulations and authority submission procedures
- 2-3 years of working experience. If none we will consider on-the-job mentoring.
- Proficient in BIM (Revit/ArchiCAD) is required, proficiency in 3D Modelling/Sketchup, AutoCAD/Adobe Photoshop/Microsoft Programs, or any basic architecture software that allows you to perform your job
- Able to manage projects and work independently (in due time) in a challenging and fast-paced environment
- Possess good interpersonal skills and is a team player

- Good project management, leadership, and communication skills at all levels
- Have keen eye for details
- Able to independently or under supervision prepare drawings and or documentation at all stages of the project
