Job description:
1) Set policy and procedure for back office operation
2) Train and guide operations staff
3) Check and supervise operations staff’s work
4) Ensure smooth running of all operations of tours after sales
5) Establish and maintain suppliers relationship
6) Identify and solve operational issues by her team
Other requirements:
1) Able to start work immediately or in short notice
2) Must be bilingual
3) Able to work independently
4) GDS knowledge is preferred
5) Singaporean & PR
