Job Descriptions:
• Develop event communication plans that are effective in delivering company’s key messages.
• Develop event floor plans with internal stakeholders based on company' requirements.
• Develop event proposals according to company's requirements.
• Develop project budgets for approval by different stakeholders.
• Develop project plans to execute events.
• Develop recommendations for project plans including risk management plans.
• Lead discussion with internal stakeholder to understand event scope and objectives.
• Liaise with vendor on invoicing and payment matters to ensure timely settlement.
• Conducts short- and long-term planning and management for events
• Trains, supervises, and works with event organiser, to solicit and book banquet and catering functions, as well as the planning, merchandising and execution of the functions.
• Coaches and counsels employees to reflect company service standards and procedures.
• Align event expenditure with event budget.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure adherence to event plans and budget.

• Proficient with the Event Management System and Cvent registration tool used to manage registration and event logistics
• Flexibility to travel both domestic and internationally, as needed
