Job Description:
- Manage the operation of service department to achieve target sales revenue generation by maintaining service department efficiently.
- Monitor all service enquiries and procedures to ensure completion of all clients’ requirements.
- Prepare all reports regarding service department, ensure reports to error free and submit it to management as per company policy.
- Administer check lists, service requests, contracts, instructions, warrantees and schedules to ensure service personnel comply with established service procedures.
- Provide technical advice and schedule maintenance for service department.
- Implements and maintains a service marketing program.
Job Requirement:
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- With related experience in managerial role
- Good computer skill and good with MS Office Application
- Good time management skill and working to deadlines
- Good technical skill in maintenance and servicing
