SmartClean is a fast-growing Cleanliness and Hygiene Intelligence company, operating in Singapore and India, and with an ongoing launch in 10+ countries. SmartClean's solutions are being used in Smart Buildings as Healthy building offerings and smart facility management operations to fundamentally change how commercial Cleaning is managed, monitored, and audited.


We seek a highly motivated and experienced IoT & SaaS BD and Account/Customer Success Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure our customers receive the highest level of service, support, and satisfaction. The role will work closely with our sales, delivery and technical teams to provide our customers with a seamless experience and assist them in achieving their business objectives with our product.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of our solutions - IoT & SaaS product suite and its features
  • Proactively engage with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns they may have
  • Monitor customer usage and provide recommendations to help them achieve their business objectives with our product.
  • Track and report on customer success metrics
  • Create and maintain customer documentation, including user guides and training materials
  • Advocate for the customer internally and provide feedback to our product and engineering teams
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on best practices and emerging trends in customer success

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or sales
  • Experience working with SaaS & IoT products
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable with data and able to use it to make data-driven decisions
  • Passion for customer success and helping customers achieve their business objectives
  • Willingness to travel
