Job Description
- Responsible for developing and implementing business strategies
- Market Analysis: conducting market surveys/analysis to identify trends, consumer behaviours, and competitor activities and strategic planning with management
- Promotions and Merchandising: planning and executing promotional activities, discounts, and marketing campaigns to drive sales and increase brand visibility within retail stores and e-commerce platform
- Providing business development administrative support
- Working with operation team to ensure on time delivery to customer
- Working closely with Chef for new product development, kitchen inventory, new menus and special event menus
- Other duties relating to the efficient operations of the Company
Job Requirement
- Candidate must process at least Diploma and above
- Related in business or marketing and with min 2 years of relevant working experiences in FMCG industry
- Prior experience within the Food Services / Wholesale Trade / Import & Export industries will be advantageous.
- Able to prioritize workload and multitask
