- Maintain building infrastructure, both interior and external.
- Maintain and repair building fixtures and fittings.
- Maintain lifts and cranes.
- Coordinate and oversee contractors.
- Maintenance of buildings and surroundings.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering.
- At least 2 years of experience in Building Maintenance
- Knowledgeable in Mechanical and Electrical
