Objectives of the position:
Responsible for all aspects of Human Resources for all the employees in Tuas. The person will also be responsible for the Administration of the Offices in Tuas. Will be a Single Point of Contact for all our employees in Tuas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all HR activities Biz. Recruitment, On-boarding, Training, Compensation, and benefits for employees & temp staff in Tuas
- Support the management in overseeing the administrative and operational aspects of the work environment
- Responsible for accurately and efficiently processing invoices, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining meticulous records
- Monitor and administer work pass applications/ renewals/cancellations via WPOL
- Handle the processing of insurance claims for Group Hospital & Surgical, Group Personal Accident, Work Injury,etc
- Assist with general administration and other ad-hoc tasks as required
- Supports company operations by maintaining office systems
- General office management such as ordering stationery, pantries, and others
- Regularly update and ensure accurate maintenance of employee database & Management of the TMS through the HR Infotech & provide accurate details for Salary Processing
- Responsible for overseeing and managing the company's security system
- Responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the company's transportation operations

- Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply
- Must be comfortable managing Blue Collared workmen - right from hiring, retaining & managing the expectations of the employees would be an added advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Familiar with the local labour legislation
