Roles & Responsibilities :
- Architectural & structural planning.
- Study tender / construction drawing specification and contracts to understand project requirement.
- To co-ordinate with main-contractors, sub-contractors & consultants and document control such as monitoring of submission and approval status of drawing.
- Assist the Project Manager in project planning and to coordinate all works on site, progress work report weekly basis.
- Supervise architectural and structutal works to coordinate with sub-contractors and main-contractor and/or clients on architectural and structural matters and ensure on workmanship standards.
- Perform site inspection and ensure that the work are carried out based on the project specification and construction drawing
- Arrange for equipment maintenance and upgrading.
- Makes daily checks on work progress, housekeeping and safety implementation on site with safety personnel.
- Attend meeting with all parties related to site work.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possesses Degree or Diploma in Building / Certificate in Civil & Structural Engineering or related field Min of 2 year relevant working experience in doing A&A works.
- Good working attitude, self-motivated and able to work independently
- Must able to handle in-house workers and proper ordering of material.
