- Execute marketing communication strategies aligned with the overall marketing goals and business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging across various channels.
Content Creation
- Create and curate content for various marketing channels, including but not limited to, social media, websites, blogs, emails, and print materials.
- Ensure that all content is in line with the brand voice and messaging guidelines.
Digital Marketing
- Manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media advertising, email marketing, and online content distribution.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Public Relations
- Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets and industry influencers.
- Draft press releases, articles, and other communication materials to enhance the company's public image.
Event Management
- Coordinate and execute events and promotional activities to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful event execution.
Market Research
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Brand Management
- Uphold and reinforce the brand identity through consistent messaging and visual elements.
- Ensure all marketing communication materials align with brand guidelines.
Analytics and Reporting
- Track and measure the effectiveness of marketing communication campaigns.
- Provide regular reports and insights on key performance indicators to assess the impact of marketing efforts.
Job specifications:
- Diploma in Marketing/Communication and above.
- Min 1-2 years relevant working experience in a retail industry, working with or developing communication materials, in a marketing communication role, advertising or marketing agency.
- Proven experience in marketing communications, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Familiar with digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Working experience in Adobe Premiere Pro/Adobe After Effects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Demonstrate strong initiative and interest to create compelling content.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
