Role and Responsibilities
· Ability in leading of Project Team to achieve excellence in the project.
· Plan and manage project schedule to ensure project completion according to schedule.
· Manage subcontractors’ activities to ensure compliance with contract requirements.
· Monitor compliance of work with workplace safety and health regulations.
· Monitor the quality of project delivery to make sure they meet project requirements and regulations.
· To implement control measures on material / plant & equipment / utilities usage.
· Supervise daily site activities.
Job Requirements
· Degree in Civil / Structural / Building Engineering
· Completed 2 Projects as Project Manager in Residential Condo, Residential Development
· Min 3-5 years relevant experience.
· Computer skill- Using Microsoft Project, Excel, Word & Power Point etc.
· Certificate of Project Manager
