You will be given an opportunity to manage corporate accounts including Government institutions and MNCs. Meeting the business objective of our clients by tailoring services and recruitment efforts accordingly.
- Involved in end to end recruitment & selection
- Candidate sourcing and pre-screen through phone call, virtual, or face-to-face interview
- Recommend suitable candidates to job orders
- Interviews coordination
- Manage onboarding process
- Administer employment contracts
- Attend weekly and quarterly sales meeting
- Ad hoc duties such as payroll queries and resolve daily issues
- Ensure work is in compliance with company policies and MOM regulations
Requirements:
- Min. qualification in Diploma or Degree, any field
- On-the-job training provided
- Possess enthusiasm, takes initiative at work, Good CCA track Record
