Responsibilities:
- Assist with paperwork processing, including vehicle ownership transfers and financing documents
- Maintain accurate and organized filing systems for dealership records
- Assist with inventory management tasks and managing vehicle documentation
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word & Excel)
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
