Due to growth, we’re looking for good customer service Operations Coordinator to join our team. As part of your role, you will be responsible for the below duties:
· Provide excellent customer service to clients
· Handle phone calls and emails
· Schedule and coordinate with Clients and Technicians for service appointments and follow ups
· Handle customer complaints timely and follow up with department in charge to provide appropriate solutions and/or alternatives. Follow up to ensure closure
· Communicate effectively, maintain and establish close rapport with clients
· Creating contracts and services into in-house programme and uploading of supporting documents
· Monitor cash collection by technicians in your team
· Check and compile service reports before sending to customers
· Prepare invoices accurately prior to send out to customers
· Attend to meeting with customers as and when required
· Preparing of reports requested by customers as and when required
· Perform all other ad-hoc duties as and when required
What we’re looking for:
Operations Coordinator
· Proficient in MS Office
· Problem-solving with critical thinking and analytical skills
· Ability to be flexible, multitask and learn in a fast-paced environment
· Self-driven nature with strong attention to detail
· Professional customer service skills
Benefits:
• Basic Salary $2,800 -$3,700 (OTE $33,600 - $44,400 P.A.)
