Responsibilities:
- Recruitment: Support the recruitment process by posting job ads, organizing resumes, scheduling interviews, and assisting in the onboarding process for new hires.
- Record-Keeping: Maintain employee records, updating databases with new hires, separations, vacation and sick leaves, and their personal information
- Payroll Support: Assist in processing payroll, ensuring accurate recording of hours worked, leaves, and other payroll elements.
- Training and Development: Coordinate logistics for training sessions and seminars.
- Event Coordination: Assist in organizing company events and meetings
Requirement:
- Min Diploma with 2- Years of relevant experience
- Proficient in MS Office
