Job Responsibilities
- Handle Accounts Payable and Receivable, Petty cash, Fixed Assets and familiar with right-of-use assets.
- Ensure accurate and timely closing for financial reporting and schedules.
- Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and provide necessary documentation for internal and external audits during audit process.
- Assist in Group consolidation reports and schedules.
- Prepare quarterly GST and yearly XBRL.
- Handle AP & AR transactions, if needed.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as required or assigned by the management.
Requirement
- Diploma in Accounting or equivalent professional qualification
- Minimum 2 years of working experiences in construction industry
- Knowledge of Singapore accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MYOB Accounting Software
- Bilingual in English and Chinese is preferred.
