Key Responsibilities
- To provide support and deliver enhancements for end users according to the agreed timeline.
- Work closely with the business analyst team to gather, define, and document proposed technical solutions for the business requirements.
- To analyze requirements, assess designs, recommend and develop solutions, and document technical solution specifications.
- To provide project status reports, including progress, issues, and recommendations.
- Research and recommend new technologies and approaches in software development.
- Manage end-to-end project implementation together with internal and external teams, including Business Users, IT-PM, Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and vendors.
- Provide 24x7 production support and troubleshooting, as needed, to internal or external users and vendors.
Requirements
- University degree in the field of computer science, information systems or software engineering.
- Having 3 or more years of hands-on working experience in project implementation and team management for IT, Business Users, and Vendors.
- Having working knowledge of 2 or more successful project implementations with complete SDLC.
- A self-starter who is assertive, capable of handling concurrent projects, and must be able to manage multiple simultaneous tasks while prioritizing multiple requests.

- Strong proficiency in ERP end-to-end implementation experience.
- In-depth knowledge of ERP such as Financials (AP, AR, GL, AA, CM, and Budgeting), Material Management (PR, PPO, GR), and Integrations.
- ERP certifications in relevant areas are a plus.
- Must be proficient in handling issues/support functions.
- Conducts user requirements gathering, blueprinting, and documentation designs. Follows IT best practices and ERP functionality best practices.
