Job Responsibilities
- Perform order processing duties
- Monitor trucks readiness and liaise with customers to issue shipping instruction to factories and forwarders
- Work closely with customers, factories and freight forwarders to ensure timely shipment and delivery.
- Swift response to customers, shipment enquiries & freight quotation.
- Recording of orders and shipments.
- Up to date documentation filing
Job Requirements
- Min Secondary or O level
- Min 3 years of relevant experience
- Must have working knowledge in shipping terms, shipping documentation, L/C preparation and negotiation, application of Certificate Of Origin and Marine Insurance
- Experience in SAP is a MUST
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Meticulous, systematic & organized individual
- Team player
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Willing to work at Loyang area
