Our client is one the global MNC that manufactures and produces home appliances. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a New Product Development Assistant Manager to be part of their NPD Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the West - easily accessible.
Duties of New Product Development Assistant Manager:
- Lead, develop, and execute regional strategies for new product development in Asia.
- Oversee project management, planning, and implementation processes for new products.
- Ensure alignment with business launch support functions and regional competition strategies.
- Drive pricing strategies and develop comprehensive product strategy plans.
- Monitor and achieve key performance indicators for new product development in Asia.
- Develop and plan product portfolios specific to the Asia region.
- Manage the introduction, implementation, and post-launch tracking of new products in Asia.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across development, marketing, sales, and other departments.
- Drive the development of new product packaging and associated materials.
Requirements:
- Degree in related field
- At least 3 years experience in FMCG Industry
