- Assist and support the Team (The Secretariat and Committees) in relation to SBMA work and matters.
- Provide general administrative support for projects and other matters, under the direction of CEO and Business Director.
- Assist in the coordination work amongst conference and event stakeholders, vendors, delegate registrations and other related work.
- Any other ad hoc related project as directed by the management.
- Support the CEO and Business Director in the general administration of SBMA.
- Day to day administrative work, including but not limited to the marketing of advertisement space on the SBMA website and assisting with finding sponsors for events.
- Responsible for maintaining the SBMA websites and work closely with appointed vendors.
- Event, conference or seminar coordination and delivery.
- Organize and maintain project files and databases.
- Submit timely reports on trips, business meetings and post conference review and evaluation.
- Assist to monitor the project budgets, scheduling meetings and preparing presentations as and when required.
- Coordinate with other team members including appointed vendor/editor for the publication of SBMA’s quarterly magazine “Crucible”
- Maintain statistical reports.
- Diploma or General degree (min 0-2 years working experience)
- Singapore PR or Citizen required
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and one other Asian Language
- Good interpersonal skills
- Meticulous and thorough on details
- Proficient in computer software (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc)
