Summary:

The purpose of the Asia Pacific Business Operations Analyst is to monitor and report on tracking/resource capacity management and process; collate/translate system requirements and pain points to the business; and drive forward process optimization efforts where efficiencies can be gained. The Asia Pacific (AP) Business Operations Analyst will work proactively with the site leads and management to assess further business opportunities and developing the regulatory operations intelligence & business insights framework.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Partner with multiple cross functional stakeholders internally for day-to-day operations and projects
  • Monitor, maintain and track LENS (Workflow Tracking Application)
  • Restructuring and migration of AP SharePoint and MS teams into a single entity
  • Consolidating all ongoing technology issues and ensure closure
  • Collection of AP Portfolio information from multiple stakeholders in the team
  • Summarizing the points into concise summaries for multiple communications materials: Newsletter, Reports, Materials
  • Collate and translate system requirements and business pain points
  • Proactively identify and drive opportunities for process optimization
  • Facilitate meetings internally and follow up on respective actions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Engineering/Computer Science or with minimum 3 years of experience in related industries
  • Ability to work with cross functional teams in matrix and non-matrix environment
  • Demonstrated ability to align and influence stakeholders
  • Knowledge and experience with Agile frameworks and project management
  • Ability to translate business processes into bite-sized problems
  • Ability to appropriately identify system and processes challenges with adaptation of methodologies to support delivery
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to business changes
  • Work with team members from different timezones
  • Agile mindset and Execution focused (To translate strategy into tangible actions and outcome)
  • Strong Microsoft Suite and Tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Teams) expertise
