Accounts cum Admin Assistant
Working Days: 5 days
Working Hours: 8.30am – 5.30pm
Location: Aljunied
Salary Range: $2,600 - $3,000
Responsibilities:
- Prepare payment to sub-contractors and suppliers, including invoice upon requested and orders
- Check summary payment, prepare and send monthly SOA with follow-up payments
- Check all invoices against delivery order prior payment
- Prepare monthly payment for GIRO expenses / staff claim /petty cash and enter into accounting systems
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliation statement
- Assist in handling full set of account for auditing at end of Financial Year
- Day to Day accounting work
- General Admin duties, including handling incoming & outgoing calls, documentation, filing & updating data, billing, collections, payments etc
- Assist HR Dept in Payroll Administration
- Ad-hoc duties assigned
