Roles & Responsibilities
- Facilitate recruitment, onboarding, and orientation of new hires.
- Address employee queries, resolve issues, and support performance management.
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs.
- Manage company policies, benefits, and HR paperwork.
- Contribute to HR projects and process improvements.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in HR or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience.
