Job Title: Claims Associate (Tanjong Pagar/Hybrid), $2700-$3100
Job Scope
- Process claim applications, verify correctness and completeness of forms and supporting documents
- Attend to queries from grantees and stakeholders
- Prepare claims verification report for review
- Follow-up on the progress of claims processing to completion of workflow
- Other ad-hoc duties related to claims processing
Requirements:
- Degree in any discipline, or a diploma holder. Candidates with degrees/diplomas in business related disciplines would be at an advantage.
- At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience. Experience in handling grants and claims would be an advantage
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Must uphold strong code of work ethics and confidentiality of information
- Detailed, meticulous, and committed to meeting deadlines
Working Location: Hybrid (office location is in Tanjong Pagar)
