We are looking for an experienced legal talent acquisition professional to lead the resourcing function and early careers initiatives for the APAC region.
This is a key role in which the incumbent will be entrusted to act as the firm’s internal and external brand ambassador; identifying talent, building a strong employment brand and ensuring great relationships within the business, and with candidates and external stakeholders.
Applicants must have:
- An established background in in-house or agency recruitment within the legal or professional services sector.
- Significant experience of managing the entire recruitment lifecycle.
- Experience in conducting technical and competency based interviews, and in guiding and supporting hiring managers in interview technique.
- Proven experience as a ‘brand ambassador’ with strong connections to recruitment agencies as well as legal and HR networks.
- Possess an understanding of general HR practices and implication certain issues have on recruitment – eg. tax, RFL, immigration.
- Proven active participation in firm/company employee engagement initiatives/networks.
