- Recording of all deposit and withdrawal of client’s account;
- Recording of all deposit and withdrawal of office account;
- Recording of all monthly income and expenses;
- Providing monthly profit and loss statement and quarterly profit and loss statement;
- Preparing staff salaries and claims, lodging CPF contributions with CPF board every month;
- Preparing GST submissions once a quarter;
- Transferring moneys from client’s account to office account after verifying the bills;
- Liaising with external auditors once a year to audit our client’s account;
- Preparing the firm’s yearly profit and loss statement for purposes of income tax submissions;
- Filing IR8A forms on behalf of all the staff;
- Minimun with "LCCI" qualification.
