Title: Warehouse Supervisor

- Evaluate and analyze the efficiency of warehouse operations and staff performance.
- Organize and manage inventory, ensuring accuracy in shipments and transactions.
- Provide guidance and coaching to warehouse employees, setting job expectations and assigning tasks.
- Monitor staffing levels and workload allocation to maintain operational effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate stock records in the system, utilizing reports to assess warehouse status.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement necessary adjustments to enhance productivity.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations related to warehousing, handling, and shipping.
- Supervise shipping, receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance activities.
- Possess at least 4 years of warehouse experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in computer skills, particularly in ERP systems (experience with SAP is highly desirable).
- Candidates with a Forklift license are preferred.
