- Position :Sales Support Admin (Logistic/Shipping)

- Working hours : Monday -Friday, 8.30am-5.30pm Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3700+ AWS + Variable Bonus + 14 days annual leave

Main Responsibilities:
- Communicate and liaise with sales support on the confirm sales order delivery date and address
- To obtain quotation from forwarder agent on the freight cost and transit time for sales support or customer.
- To advise on the readiness of the order available for local delivery order/export/ direct delivery to port terminal/wharf to sales support.
- To assist to arrange with forwarder transportation on delivery or export shipment
- To assist to check inventory availability for sales support coordinator
- To support the sales team in providing product sample or picture as required by their customer/distributor.
- To assist and support the sales team on urgent shipment due to last minute from customer/distributor.
- Logistics Coordination duties:
- To communicate and liaise with storekeepers on the require deadline of the pick ticket order required by customer.
- Ensure the deadline is met and all stocks are available and correct items.
- Upon receipt of the scan pick tickets, ensure the product serial nos are inserted in EQ order and capture in Navision.
- To generate DO for local delivery and ensure dimension/weight, vessel name and customer PO number are being printed on the DO.
- To assist to schedule and arrange driver to do the delivery and to fully maximise the delivery routing.
- To prepare the shipping documents (PI/PL) for export shipments
- To provide shipping marks to warehouse to do the labelling.
- To assist to arrange fumigation vendor to do fumigation for wooden pallet to be exported to countries require fumigation certificate.
- To assist to verify the transporter invoices to ensure no overbilling before sending to accounts department to process for payment.
- To ensure all orders have been posted out from Navision to generate the Delivery
- Order.
- To work closely with forwarder agent and maintain good rapport to obtain the best rate and service from the forwarder.
- To work closely with storekeepers and build good relationship with each other to work as a team.
- To give full support to the purchasers, admin and accounts if require any assistance.

- Minimum ITE.
- Minimum 1-2 years working experience in related field
